Salzburg has thwarted the Graz99ers’ early play-off qualification in the ICE Hockey League. The champions’ 4-2 win in Styria on Friday evening was fought with great intensity, and in the end there were 108 penalty minutes for both teams. The Salzburg team are now tied for second place with the Graz team behind the KAC, who won against the Pioneers Vorarlberg 5:4.
