Winner of the first round of the presidential elections had 61.9% before the debate; now appears with 53.6% in the survey.
António José Seguro appears as the favorite candidate, by far, for the second round of the elections presidential. And the daily survey has confirmed this idea.
However, Insurance is in it is evident since the (only) one with André Ventura took place.
In the most recent numbers of tracking poll yes, Antonio José Insurance continues with a comfortable margin and would win with 53,6%. It’s practically double 27,9% of voting intentions for André Ventura.
The former PS leader has been in decline and, once again, fell compared to the previous day’s results: 2.6 percentage points.
But looking at the bigger picture, since the day of the debate (27 January) António José Insurance has already fallen 8.3 percentage points in this daily survey: it had 61.9% and increased to 53.6%.
Did André Ventura rise on the same scale? No. In fact, it almost didn’t even go up: it was just 1.7 points percentages, from 26.2% to 27.9%.
I.e, what is rising the most is the number of people who will deliver votes in branco or null – rose five percentage points (from 4.9% to 9.9%).
There are also most undecided: it was 7% and became 8.6%.
The post-debate numbers gain some contradiction when, in the same tracking poll, 41% of respondents say that António José Seguro was better in that meeting; only 16% give André Ventura victory.
Even with these changes, 90% of respondents indicate that Seguro will be the next president of the Republic.
