- Pour milk and cream into the pot. Add the seeds from the vanilla pod and heat, but do not bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix the yolks with sugar and salt. Add flour and combine the ingredients with a whisk.
- Pour warm milk slowly into the bowl with yolks and stir constantly. Then pour the mass into a pot and heat it, stirring constantly, until the mass thickens. Finally, bring to a gentle boil.
- Put the cream into a bowl and after a few minutes add the butter. Mix.
