JHSF, a luxury business chain, will develop a hotel, restaurant and private club under the Fasano brand in Milan, Italy, according to a statement released this Tuesday, 17th.
This will be the second Italian city to receive a Fasano unit, after Sardinia, which opened last year. With this, the group seeks to expand its presence in destinations around the world that attract high-income audiences.
The company already has Fasano units in Punta del Este, New York, London and Miami, in addition to Brazil, with São Paulo, Rio, Salvador, among others. In total, there are 11 open units and 7 in the development phase.

JHSF announced that its resource management arm, JHSF Capital, completed the structuring and fundraising of the fund entitled JHSF Capital Fasano Italy LP, in which the group is also an investor.
The fund acquired the “Palazzo Taverna Medici del Vascello”, a historic property in Milan, built in the 16th century. It is located on Via Bigli, within the city’s ‘fashion quadrangle’.
According to the company, the operation of the future ‘Fasano Milano’ development will be implemented in the property, through a long-term management contract for hotel activities, with around 40 suites, gastronomy and private members club.
“The addition of yet another destination of excellence and international renown signals the success of JHSF’s strategic international expansion plan and the expansion of its recurring income business,” the company described in the statement.
Hotels with the Fasano brand generated revenue of R$125 million for JHSF in the third quarter of 2025 alone, according to data from the latest balance sheet. Including the chain’s restaurants, there is another R$105 million.
The average daily rate for accommodation at Fasano was R$3,900 in the third quarter (an increase of 9.2% in one year), with an average occupancy of 54% of the rooms. The average cover charge for restaurants closed at R$325 (an increase of 7.5%).
