The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Roraima did not recognize the 60-day medical certificate sent by public servant Rebeca Ramagem, wife of Alexandre Ramagem, which expired this Friday (20). In response to the denied leave, Ramagem’s wife requested the execution of 78 days of accumulated vacation, starting this Friday.

The PGR-RR also responded to accusations made by Rebeca about political persecution for demanding her return to in-person work. In a note sent to CNNthe Prosecutor’s Office stated that the employee has not teleworked since August 2020, despite having stated that she has worked remotely since 2016.

The removal
Rebeca Ramagem has been away from work since November 17, 2025, when she requested a vacation until the 28th of the same month, when she traveled to Miami with her daughters to be with her husband, former congressman Alexandre Ramagem, on the run after being sentenced to 16 years in prison for participating in the coup plot.

The request was denied this Friday (20) due to failure to attend the examinations.
Ramagem’s wife received a gross monthly salary of R$46,000, Alexandre de Moraes.
