Vienna – Two Viennese police officers have been suspended because they are said to have made illegal data queries on a police computer for money on behalf of a suspect in the investigation, as the Crown newspaper reported on Saturday. The police press office confirmed the temporary suspensions at the request of the APA, but did not want to provide any further information and referred to the ongoing investigations, said spokeswoman Julia Schick.
