Preparation:

To make sesame seeds, first pour the sesame seeds into a well-heated pan and roast them over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon.. Pour the seeds onto a plate when they brown slightly and start to emit a nutty smell.

We wait until the sesame seeds cool down slightly and only then add honey to it and mix everything vigorously. All grains should be stuck to it. A uniform and sticky mass must be created.

In the next step, we put the mixture into a form lined with baking paper, smooth its surface and press it down. Put it in the fridge until it hardens completely.

At the end cut the mass into smaller pieces and wait a few minutes before serving. The sesame seeds will soften at room temperature and melt in your mouth.
