Linz – A boy was bitten on the foot by a Rottweiler in Linz on Tuesday afternoon. The nine-year-old was with a group on the playground when the dog tore off the leash of a 52-year-old and attacked the child. He also knocked over an eight-year-old girl, but she was uninjured. But the boy had to go to the hospital. The owner was able to catch her dog again and investigations into negligent bodily harm were started, according to the police. (APA, February 25, 2026)
