Even if your panties or socks are already stretched, damaged and theoretically unsuitable for reuse, can be recycled for material or energy purposes. For this reason, some clothing collection companies (e.g. PCK) accept damaged clothing.
You can try to take them to PSZOKA or throw them into a special container for textiles. If the regulations allow, you can also try to put them in a container for clothing and textiles, but first you need to read carefully whether this is really recommended.
Have you received underwear that you don’t use? If the panties or socks are new, clean and with tags, there is no point in throwing them away. If it is not possible to return it to the store, the best solution is to donate the underwear to an aid foundation, e.g. a single mother’s home or a shelter.
If you don’t have such an opportunity, put them in a container of the Polish Red Cross or another organization (some of them willingly accept new underwear). If this is also out of the question, treat new underwear as textiles and donate them to a textile collection or PSZOK. However, it is best to check the rules of accepting clothes in the regulations of a specific operator.
