Lula government allocates almost R$17 million to rebuild ETA 2, minister announces on agenda in Acre

Fulfilling the agenda in Rio Branco for the fourth time in 2024, the Minister of Integration and Regional Development (MDR), Waldez Goes, participates this Thursday (18) in the seminar “The solution for basic sanitation in the Amazon – The Innovative Model of Amapá”, promoted by senator Alan Rick.

The event takes place at the headquarters of the Brazilian Bar Association – Seccional Acre (OAB/AC).

On that occasion, Waldez announced the release of R$ 16.8 million by the Federal Government for the City of Rio Branco to carry out the reconstruction work on ETA 2, which had part of its structure compromised after a landslide recorded just this week.

The document releasing the resource was signed last Monday by President Lula.

“The president signed this Monday a Provisional Measure that guarantees compliance with several other demands in the Amazon. Among these demands is that of ETA 2, here in Rio Branco.
