Firefighters are currently responding to a fire at a shipping warehouse in Mníšek nad Hnilcom in the Gelnica district. According to initial information, the fire should also have affected work machines. There were no deaths or injuries in the incident. The Regional Directorate of the Fire and Rescue Service (KR HaZZ) in Košice informs about it.
The fire was reported on Tuesday after 5:30 a.m. Professional firefighters from Gelnice and volunteer firefighters from Mníšek nad Hnilec intervene on the spot. “The preliminary amount of the damage was preliminarily calculated at more than 30,000 euros,” reports HaZZ, with the fact that the investigator of the cause of the fire is also heading to the place.
