Randoncorp has a loss of R$231.3 million in the 4th quarter

A Randoncorp recorded a net loss of R$231 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, reversing profits of R$118 million from the same period of the previous year and R$23 million in the third quarter, according to the balance sheet released this Thursday (12).

According to the road equipment manufacturer, the loss was caused “due to the significant drop in the market, the increase in financial expenses and a higher level of non-recurring events”.

The company achieved an operational result measured by Ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) adjusted of R$330 milliona drop of 21.3% compared to the fourth quarter of the previous year.

A consolidated net revenue for the period fell 1.5% in the period, to R$3.2 billion, according to the balance sheet.

Net financial leverage was 4.72 times compared to 2.89 times in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The company also released its projections for 2026 this Thursday. The company expects consolidated net revenue between R$12.5 billion and R$14 billion for the year, compared to R$13.1 billion recorded in 2025. The expected EBITDA margin is 12.0% to 14.0% for the year. In 2025, it was 12.2%.
