“We are completely destroying Iran’s terrorist regime, militarily, economically and otherwise… Iran’s navy is gone, their air force is gone, missiles, drones and everything else is destroyed and their leaders have been wiped off the face of the earth,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

“We have unmatched firepower, unlimited ammunition and plenty of time – watch what happens to these deranged swine today,” the president warned.

“Innocent people around the world have been killed for 47 years, and now I, as the 47th President of the United States, am killing them. What an honor!” Trump added.

Attacks on Tehran

The vicinity of the Iranian capital Tehran and its peripheral areas were hit by intense airstrikes early Friday morning. According to AP, it is currently unclear what exactly was the goal of these attacks.
