Both victims of the incident in the industrial zone near the city of Suhár were foreigners. the Oman News Agency reported that other people were injured at the scene. These are the first deaths from Iranian attacks on Omani soil since the start of the Middle East war on February 28.
Iran also attacked Saudi Arabia with drones. In the central and eastern provinces of the country, Saudi Arabian forces shot down almost 50 of them in the past hours. One of the downed drones was also headed for the diplomatic quarter in Riyadh.
On Friday, the debris of the drone also hit the building of the financial center in Dubai, which is located in the economic zone of DIFC, where several banks are located. Iran’s Joint Military Command warned on Wednesday that banks and financial institutions in the Middle East would be targeted in response to an air strike that hit a bank in Tehran.
