Stuffed eggs it is one of the obligatory snacks on the Easter table. Try the recipe with tuna stuffing – it is perfectly creamy, aromatic, and expressive.
Additionally, we also have marinated mushrooms and pickled cucumbers, which give the whole thing a slight sourness, which makes the stuffing even better. This is one of my favorite recipes for the holidays, but also for family gatherings.
- 6 hard-boiled eggs,
- approx. 1 can of tuna in its own juice,
- 6 marinated mushrooms,
- 2 pickled cucumbers,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives,
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- radish sprouts and parsley sprigs for decoration.
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
Drain the tuna well and mash it with a fork. Chop the pickled mushrooms and pickled cucumbers. Add to tuna and stir.
Add chives, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly so that the stuffing is uniform.
Fill the egg white halves with the resulting mass.
Place the deviled eggs on a platter and decorate with radish sprouts and parsley.
