A 49-year-old man died after suffer a sudden illnessfall and hit your head. The case happened this Sunday morning (15), on Campeche Island, in Florianópolis (SC).
According to the Fire Department, when the lifeguard team arrived at the scene, the victim already had an absence of vital signscharacterizing a cardiorespiratory arrest.
The Águia aircraft, from the Military Police, was called to provide support. Upon arrival, the medical team took over advanced care, performing defibrillator procedures and administering medications.
Despite efforts and resuscitation protocols, the man didn’t resist.
The death was confirmed at the scene by Eagle aircraft medical team. The body was placed in the care of the Search and Rescue Battalion for appropriate procedures.
Crew member disappears at sea after banana boat maneuver
Just this weekend, a 41-year-old man disappeared after falling into the sea during a banana boat maneuver on a beach in Itapoá, in the north of Santa Catarina.
According to reports, the man was sitting on the banana boat to help tourists return to the buoy, but after a turn in the boat in which everyone fell off the buoy.
The body was found on Sunday afternoon (15).
