The Mundi Restaurant, located at Cascade Resort Algarve, will host a special buffet on Easter Sunday, available from 12pm to 3pm. According to the website, the menu includes starters, main dishes, show cooking and desserts, with prices starting at 55 euros per adult and 27.50 euros for children aged 3 to 12.
The buffet starts with a variety of starters. Dishes include assorted salads, cheeses and charcuterie, tuna with fruit duxelle, smoked fish, oysters with pickled onions, mini shrimp cocktail, marinated mussels, shrimp and poultry pie with mushrooms. The soup served will be pumpkin cream with almonds, completing the first part of the meal with hot and cold options.
Main dishes and show cooking
For the main dishes, the buffet offers fish and seafood ragu, herb-crusted salmon, flaked cod with cornbread, vegetable feijoada, ricotta cheese and spinach cannelloni, baker’s roast lamb and roast duck with orange.
There is also a show cooking area, with sea bass or sea bream with green sauce, Provençal roast beef, chipolada turkey steak and various pastas, allowing guests to watch the preparation of the dishes live.
Children’s station and side dishes
The buffet includes a station dedicated to children, offering age-appropriate options. To complement this, there is a variety of side dishes and desserts to suit all tastes, ensuring diversity and convenience for families and groups.
Reservations are mandatory at least 24 hours in advance. According to the resort’s website, these can be done by telephone, calling +351 282 771 500, with confirmation of lunch subject to payment of 100% of the amount if you are not staying at the resort.
For guests on the Easter Holiday package, lunch is already included, while other types of stay require non-refundable advance payment.
Drinks and times
It is worth mentioning that lunch takes place this Sunday, April 5th, from 12 pm to 3 pm, and drinks are not included in the buffet price. According to the same source, this rule applies to all participants, regardless of whether they are adults or children.
