Banco Master, founded by Daniel Vorcaro, financed the trip of the director general of the Federal Police, to his participation in the 1st Legal Forum – Brasil de Ideias, held from April 24 to 26, 2024 in London.
The corporation reported that the event organizers covered the costs of “inn, food and transportation”. The information was obtained by Poder360 via LAI (Access to Information Law). The guests stayed at the 5 star hotel –in a simulation, daily rates for April 2026 cost around R$ 6.000.
O Poder360 asked via LAI who paid for Andrei’s trip.
Here is the PF’s response:
“No daily allowances were paid to the server due to the absence, considering that the event organizer directly paid the respective extraordinary expenses with accommodation, food and transportation, in accordance with Decree No. 71,733, of January 18, 1973, art. 23, § 4, and Decree No. 5,992, of December 19, 2006, art. 2, § 4th, with wordings included by Decree No. 6,907, of July 21, 2009, with this body not being aware of the amounts spent by the organizers. Furthermore, the General Director did not receive remuneration, fees, fees, allowances or any other benefit from the event organizers.”
According to the PF, Andrei “did not receive remuneration, fee, honorarium, allowance or any other benefit from the event organizers”.The director general participated in the panel “Institutions in the Defense of Social and Economic Equality”, on April 26th.
