The neo-Austrian defeated the Chinese Zhang Shuai 6:4,6:4 after 1:42 hours and will now face the German qualifier Tamara Korpatsch on Thursday evening (2nd match after 6 p.m.). The native Russian has already won the Upper Austria Ladies 2023 once.
