The special committee of the Chamber of Deputies on the end of the 6×1 scale approved, this Tuesday, 5, invitation requests to government authorities and the president of the Central Bank, Gabriel Galípolo, for discussions on the proposal.
The requests include invitations to the Minister of Finance, Dario Durigan; of Labor and Employment, Luiz Marinho; the General Secretariat of the Presidency, Guilherme Boulos; and Women, Márcia Lopes.
There are also invitations to representatives from the Ministries of Entrepreneurship, Development, Industry and Commerce and Foreign Affairs.
According to the president of the special committee on the 6×1 scale, deputy Alencar Santana (PT-SP), the expectation is that the Minister of Finance will participate in a hearing at the collegiate on May 12, next Tuesday.
The request for an invitation to Galípolo is justified by “providing clarifications to the Special Commission on inflation, family debt and macroeconomic impacts”.
