Rita Pereira 'opens her heart' about sleep deprivation: “18 months and 3 days…”

Rita Pereira used her Instagram account this Friday afternoon, May 15, to share a video in which she appears to recite a text written by Rita Ferro Alvim about the tiredness and sleep deprivation that mothers and fathers suffer.

As she is currently going through a more challenging phase with her youngest daughter, Lowê, aged one and a half, who doesn’t sleep a whole night in a row, Rita Pereira left an outburst.

“Yesterday was at 4:50 am, but every night is a surprise, a Totoloto, a sleeper doesn’t sleep. And we’re now 18 months and 3 days…”started by sharing.

And then revealed: “Since I have been a mother, when I talk to a pregnant woman I say: you only have to ask for 2 wishes: May you be healthy and sleep through the night”realized.

Rita Pereira demonstrated her empathy towards mothers and fathers who are at this stage, leaving them a message of “strength”.

“Nowadays, when I meet people who are upset, with a frown, who don’t say good morning, I give them a break and think that they might be experiencing the same situation as me, SLEEP PRIVATION. Only those who pass by understand. (…) Strength to all the parents who experience this 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾”he concluded.
