48% reject voting for Lula and 41% for Flávio Bolsonaro

A Gerp survey, released this Friday (May 22, 2026), indicates that 48% of respondents reject voting for the president (PT). 41% said they would not vote “at all” for the senator (PL-RJ).

Gerp asked: “Which of these candidates would you not vote for at all?”. Here is how the interviewees responded:

The survey interviewed 2,000 voters in Brazil from May 18 to 21. The margin of error is 2.24 percentage points and the confidence level is 95.5%. Registration with the Superior Electoral Court is BR-07971-2026. According to the company, the study cost R$20,000 and was paid for with its own resources. Read the of the study (PDF – 870 kB).
