Rogério Marinho accuses government officials of fake news – 06/01/2026 – Panel

Flávio Bolsonaro’s campaign coordinator, senator (-RN), accused allies of making fake news on the networks when they stated that the PEC proposed by the opposition would create a 7×0 work schedule.

In recent days, parliamentarians have posted posts stating that the opposition’s proposal, in contrast to the end of 6×1, seeks to take away rights and does not guarantee workers time off.

In one of the posts, the federal deputy (PSOL-SP) says that the proposal ends the CLT and asks supporters of the end of 6×1 to pressure senators to withdraw their signatures in support of the text.

Marinho counters and says that the proposal does not end with 13th salary, FGTS or any other right and maintains the maximum weekly working hours set out in , 44 hours.

the possibility for the worker to opt for a flexible regime with payment for hours worked. In this model, benefits would be calculated proportionally to the workload worked.

“What seems to bother critics of the PEC is not the supposed withdrawal of rights, because that is not true. The main concern of the PEC and its satellite parties is another: the proposal expands the possibility of direct negotiation between worker and employer, reducing dependence on unions. What they defend is not the worker, but the unions”, said Marinho.

The opposition’s PEC already has 40 signatures and was filed in the Senate. The proposal is a counterpoint to the end of the 6×1, defended by the government, which was approved in the Chamber of Deputies.
