Iran issues warning to residents of northern Israel and says patience ‘has a limit’

The Central General Headquarters Khatam al-Anbiya, linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard of Iran (IRGC), warned this Monday, 1, residents of northern Israel and military settlements to leave the region if the Israeli government expands its operations in Lebanon, increasing tension in the Middle East.

In a statement, the military command said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu threatened to bomb Dahieh, a suburb south of Beirut, and other areas of the Lebanese capital, in addition to issuing warnings for local residents to evacuate.

According to the text, if these threats are carried out, residents of areas in northern Israel and military locations in the “occupied territories” must leave the region to avoid suffering damage. The statement accuses Israel of promoting repeated violations of the ceasefire.
