A Real Time Big Data survey released this Thursday (June 11, 2026) shows that, if the election were held today and only depended on the votes of Pernambuco voters, the president (PT) would win the election in the 1st round. In the state, 57% of voters say they would vote for the PT member for president. The senator and PL pre-candidate, , appears in 2nd place, with 22% of voting intentions.
Real Time Big Data asked: “In October we will have elections. If the election for President of the Republic were held today. Who would you vote for if these were the names?” Here’s how the interviewees responded:
The survey interviewed 1,600 people from June 9 to 10, 2026. The margin of error is 2 percentage points, plus or minus. The confidence level of the survey is 95%. The survey is registered with the Superior Electoral Court under number BR-02795/2026. The study cost R$64,000. It was paid for with its own resources. Read the study (PDF – 3 MB).
2ND SHIFT
In a possible 2nd round between the president and the senator (PL-RJ), Lula would have 60% compared to 34% for the PL pre-candidate.

REJECTION
The survey also asked respondents who they would not vote for. Flávio Bolsonaro is the most rejected, with 54% of Pernambuco residents saying they would not vote for the senator. The federal deputy and national president of the PSDB (Brazilian Social Democracy Party), (MG), appears in 2nd place, with 40% rejection. Lula is 3rd, with 32%.
