Young German woman disappeared 11 years ago. His name has now appeared in the Epstein Files

“I’m afraid she’s no longer alive.” The young woman’s name, which has now appeared in the Epstein Files, was reportedly suggested to the American millionaire by a recruiter allegedly involved in human trafficking, who presented himself as a “fisherman”.

A joint investigation by ZDF and ZDF, published on Wednesday, found in the files of Jeffrey Epstein the name of a young German woman who has been missing for almost 11 years.

Micheleidentified only by her first name at her family’s request, was 22 years old when she left her mother’s house in September 2015 and was never seen again. The parents only learned that their daughter’s name was on Epstein’s documents when they were contacted by journalists who investigated the case.

“I’m afraid I’m no longer alive.”, said the mother, Annett. “That something was done to him.”

According to the investigation, Michele’s name was suggested to the American millionaire by Daniel Theya Swedish recruiter linked to the fashion world, whose name appears almost 2,000 times in documentss released by the United States Department of Justice.

In one of the emails cited in Der Spiegel’s research, Siad presents herself as a “kind of fisherman” who sought women for Epstein in France, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.

“You will love her“, wrote Siad to Epstein, in a message in which he apparently tried to promote a meeting with Michele. In a previous communication, he reportedly referred to the young woman as “the girl from Germany that you lost“There is no evidence that Michele ever met with Epstein.

Michele’s father, The governmenttold Der Spiegel that he spoke to his daughter after having her heard on the phone with Siad. “Michele said she worked for him as an escort,” he recalled.

Daniel Siad is currently being investigated in France in the context of complaints, including human trafficking. In separate processes, French is accused of rape by a former Swedish model and a German woman.

Siad, who denies all accusations, states thatDon’t know women who accuse him and guarantee that he has “never in his life” raped anyone.

According to the Paris prosecutor, Laure Beccuauaround 20 alleged victims have now come forward as part of the wider French investigation into the Epstein case, including around ten women who were not yet known to authorities.

German prosecutors are expected to decide soon an investigation is opened formal criminal investigation into Michele’s disappearance. In March, the German police said there was no “any concrete evidence of crime”, despite apparently already knowing that the young woman’s name was in Jeffrey Epstein’s files.

There is still one element to be clarified: a second cell phone belonging to Michele is in the possession of the German police more than ten years ago. Authorities told Der Spiegel that forensic analysis of the device was not possible for technical reasons, but admit now to try again.

The family remains without answers. “We just want to find her, whatever situation you are in”, says the father.
