American influencer and double of Prime Minister Robert Fico Gwen Mcmullen she tasted Slovakia with everything that goes with it! Not only did she try the iconic Horalky and Kofola in the last days, she was accommodated in the castle in Pezinok and finally crowned, the climax was an exclusive fashion show in which the fashion house Lombardi Fashion House collaborated with her. Backstage at the show, Jozef Grondžák, designer and owner of the Lombardi brand, danced it. Gwen played the hits of Karol Duchoň – Elena, you are my life and I play.
For Koktejl.sk with musician Teri Čikoš Jozef Grondžák spoke about the preparations for the evening. In collaboration with Gwen, he made a women’s collection for the first time. “I didn’t know how it would turn out with the women’s collection, because I deal with men’s fashion. So the women’s collection was actually the first (laughs).” admitted the designer.
He praises the cooperation with Gwen. “Gwen is very positive, so very good. Like she’s just… just laughing and having fun, so really good,” he declared about Fico’s double from America.
The women’s collection was dedicated to the personality of Gwen. How did it go? “Many ideas are hers, the striped collection actually, it was her idea – the material. And because it was not available in Slovakia, I had to have the material printed in Italy. But I think it looked good and she felt good in it too, so… I’m happy,” he revealed the background of the imaginative models. You can find them in the gallery.
