Vozinha’s team secured qualification after drawing with Spain (0-0), Uruguay (2-2) and Saudi Arabia (0-0).
Argentina, in turn, which has 6 points after victories over Algeria and Austria, secured first place in Group J and ends its participation in the group stage against Jordan this Saturday (27), at 11pm.
With 100% so far, Argentina represents a new test for the defense of the Cape Verdean team. In his debut in the competition, against Spain, Vozinha was one of the highlights, making seven saves. Messi is the top scorer in this World Cup, with five goals scored.
The goalkeeper’s performance against the Spanish made him a phenomenon on social media, surpassing the 16 million followers mark on Instagram.
