- 2 eggs,
- 60 g of breadcrumbs or panko,
- A bit of Provence herbs,
- 60 g of wheat flour.
Method of performance:
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. If you use cheese in the lagoon, drain it thoroughly from one side with a paper towel.
