This Sunday (10), she is expected to participate in another ceremony at the United Kingdom’s official war monument, in memory of British fighters.
This is the first time this year that Kate has undertaken public engagements on two consecutive days, signaling her gradual return to official royal activities. Queen Camilla, who is recovering from a lung infection, will not take part in this weekend’s ceremonies, according to a statement from Buckingham Palace. She is expected to resume public duties next week. Camilla and Charles, married since 2005, recently returned from a trip to the Pacific, which included visits to Australia and Samoa, with a private stop in India.
