Natura&Co () said this Wednesday (4) that the court that supervises the United States approved the global transaction agreement between the company and Avon’s unsecured debtors committee, according to a relevant fact to the market.
The cosmetics manufacturer also added that the court approved the sale of Avon’s operations outside the United States to Natura&Co through a credit offer worth US$125 million.
Approvals are still subject to the formalization of decisions in the case file, said Natura&Co.
