New York – Suspect Luigi Mangione, arrested in the fatal shooting of an insurance executive in New York, was charged with murder and a “terrorist act” on Tuesday. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said the act was “not an ordinary killing” but was intended to “incite terror.” Mangione, 26, who is currently incarcerated in Pennsylvania, faces a life sentence.
