The chef, responsible for the Salt Gastronomia restaurant, spoke after an incident in which a living snail was discovered in one of the dishes served. The establishment highlighted its commitment to hygiene, stating that it strictly follows sanitary norms. “The restaurant follows all sanitary regulations defined by Anvisa, including space hygiene, utensils, food origin, pest control and proper maintenance of the facilities,” he told Leo Dias Portal.
