In the coming days, the American singer and composer Mariah Carey56, disembarks on Brazilian soil to comply with the schedule of presentations. The first will be held on Saturday (13), in the second edition of the festival The Townin São Paulo. The main attraction of the night, the artist will pack the audience with great career hits.
Already on Wednesday (17), it is the turn of the diva to rise on one, suspended on a ferry, during the programming of, in Belém, Pará. The exact place is not disclosed by the organization because the show will not be open to the public, with only live broadcast.
For performance, Carey will have the support of a luxury yacht that will be used only as a dressing room. The information was confirmed to CNN This Wednesday (9), by Cleyson Chagas, owner of Lancha Nemo, responsible for the vessel.
In an interview with TV Globo’s Fantastic show, the artist commented that she is a little scared by the party to take place on a floating platform in the middle of the Guamá River. “I’m excited, but a little scared because I don’t know, being there in the middle of the river and, you know, I don’t know what will come. It’s a little scary,” he said.
In addition to the US, the event will feature performances by Pará singers Dona Onete, and Zaynara. The idea is to highlight the Amazonian culture and get a warm in the region for the 30th conference of the parts for the climate (COP 30) that will take place in November, in the region.
