United States President Donald Trump announced plans of strong military expansion. “I committed to spend more than $ 1 trillion with the Armed Forces next year,” said Tuesday, 30, in a speech in the War Department. The Republican also celebrated the effects of his trade policy, stating that “we are rich again because of tariffs.”
Trump also defended the expansion of the naval fleet. “We should start thinking about producing new war ships,” he said, and stressed that “we are advancing with the Boeing F-47 fighters.” He suggested that the name of the fighters is in reference to his second term as president, which marks the post of 47th American leader.
The president also once again addressed the hypothesis of attaching Canada as the 51st state of the US. Trump stated that if the Canadians accepted, they would be entitled to the American “golden dome” for free. “Canada is going through a difficult time,” he said. According to him, the US has already “began the construction of the ‘golden dome’.”
