No really major breakthroughs with regard to the Ukraine war, but probably further breakthroughs in the sanctions against the Russian aggressors, who have continued their rocket attacks against the EU candidate country in Eastern Europe for days. According to top diplomats on Wednesday evening, that was the starting point for the regular EU summit, which begins on Thursday in Brussels.
