After trying them for a few weeks I can say that I have not achieved very white teeth, but with the passage of time they have acquired a whiter and more beautiful tone. It is true that when compared to photos, the teeth were a little whiter. The tone meter also helps because it gives you an idea as the days go by. After each use you have to brush your teeth (or wipe with a wipe) although the taste in the mouth was not unpleasant and while using it it is not painful; just a little annoying because you have to hold the device by hand.
