Turkey goulash with vegetables is an extremely filling and aromatic dish. First of all, we smuggle in a lot of vegetables, which give it freshness and depth of flavor. It’s the perfect compromise between comfort food and something really nutritious.

What ingredients do we need to make goulash with vegetables? Here is the exact list:

  • 500 g chicken or turkey breast fillet;
  • 500 g of passata tomato puree;
  • 100 g of water;
  • 3 carrots;
  • 3 pickled cucumbers;
  • 2 parsley;
  • 2 peppers;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 grains of allspice;
  • 1 bay leaf, dried;
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Provençal herbs;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar;
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper;
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • oil for frying.

To make turkey goulash with vegetables, first cut the meat into cubes and throw them into a pot with heated oil.. Fry until brown on all sides and transfer to a plate.
