According to the Peršmanhof report: Lawyer for those affected announces data protection complaint

Three months after the police operation at Peršmanhof in Carinthia, the investigative commission set up by the Ministry of the Interior made a devastating verdict last week: the operation at the Nazi memorial was partly illegal. According to the report, the procedure at an anti-fascist summer camp, which was officially justified by the accusation of “illegal camping”, actually served to collect data about participants. The senior lawyer at the State Office for State Security and Combating Extremism (LSE) exceeded his responsibilities, and the district captain also behaved questionably. Disciplinary proceedings and charges of abuse of office were initiated against both of them.
