Tragedy in Serbian football. Mladen Zizovic, coach of FK Radnicki 1923, died this Monday at the age of 45 after suffering a heart attack during the game against Mladost, counting for the main Serbian championship.
The coach felt unwell on the bench and was immediately assisted by the medical teams present at the stadium, but, despite all his efforts, he ended up not being able to resist. As soon as the news was confirmed, the referee interrupted the meeting.
The images of the moment are devastating: the players fell to the pitch in tears, completely inconsolable, in a scenario that left the country in shock and football in mourning.
Mladen Žižović, coach of FK Radnički 1923 in Serbia, had a heart attack during the Serbian Super League match played between Mladost and Radnički 1923 in Lučani and died at the age of 45.
