Stockholm/Oslo – Winter storm Johannes caused partly chaotic conditions in Scandinavia on Saturday. Three people died in Sweden, as reported by the TT and Ritzau news agencies. In Norway, Sweden and Finland, over 140,000 households were temporarily cut off from electricity. Although the storm subsided on Sunday, there were still numerous traffic delays.
