After being challenged by the General Staff during the ‘Special’ of the ‘1st Company’ this Wednesday, February 10th, and having made some technical errors in the Parade, Noélia Pereira was warned by chief instructor Joaquim.
In private, the superior asked the recruit to have more concentration in carrying out the tasks requested, giving her some advice, namely on how she holds her ‘weapon’.
“You have to concentrate. This cannot be a basic problem, in fact, because it is a basic problem, you cannot persist in this, you have to concentrate. Concentrate, pay attention to this! We want you to reach a level that is intended, but for that you have to collaborate! So, pay attention, less talk and more action. Understood?”he said.
Faced with the reprimand, Noélia Pereira entered the Barracks and ended up unable to hold back her tears, being immediately supported by Rui Freitas and Soraia Sousa. “Wait, I’m a little nervous now”he said, later explaining the doubts he had during the exercise with the weapon.
