Menorca – The great Dutch writer Cees Nooteboom died on Wednesday in Menorca at the age of 92. Suhrkamp Verlag announced this in the evening. With his travel books and novels, Nooteboom, who was awarded the Austrian State Prize for Literature in 2003, established himself as a chronicler of Europe.
