The Prince’s Salad is a decent, specific salad that… it can easily replace dinner. Crispy romaine lettuce, juicy golden chicken, aromatic bacon and creamy feta create a combination that is both fresh and very rich. Prince’s Salad will be a great snack for work or university, because it is easy to pack into a container, it does not need to be heated, and at the same time it is full of value and satisfies you for a long time. Thanks to juicy ingredients and the addition of sauce, it remains moist and appetizing for a long time.

Ingredients:
- 1 romaine lettuce,
- 300 g chicken fillets,
- 150 g of raw smoked bacon, sliced,
- a bunch of spring onions,
- 200 g of feta cheese,
- a few black olives for decoration,
- salt and pepper to taste.
For the chicken:
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
- 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- salt and pepper
- fat for frying (preferably oil).
Sos:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- a tablespoon of white wine vinegar,
- a pinch of Provençal herbs,
- salt and pepper.
How to do it:
1. Clean the chicken fillets, dry them and cut them into strips or smaller pieces. Season them with salt, pepper, sweet pepper and granulated garlic. Fry in a heated pan with a small amount of fat until golden brown and juicy. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Divide the bacon slices into smaller pieces. Fry in a dry frying pan until crispy. Place it on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
3. Wash the romaine lettuce, dry it and tear it into smaller pieces. Transfer to a large bowl. Add chopped spring onion and crumbled feta cheese.
4. Add fried chicken and crispy bacon to the salad.
5. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, wine vinegar, Herbes de Provence, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently to combine all the ingredients.
6. Decorate the top with black olives.
