Closing the parades on Tuesday night (17) and entering the early hours of Wednesday (18), they paraded with the plot “Lonã Ifá Lukumi”, representing the Afro-Cuban religious aspect; Unidos de Vila Isabel paying homage to Heitor dos Prazeres:, Academicos do Grande Rio bringing the history of manguebeat, a Brazilian cultural movement that emerged in Recife (PE) in the early 90s, and Academicos do Salgueiro paying tribute to carnival artist Rosa Magalhães, who died in July 2024.
