The Paraná Civil Police (PCPR) assisted in the arrest, this Friday (20), one of Brazil’s most wanted fugitives. The detainee’s name was on the Ministry of Justice’s Red List.
According to an investigation by the CNN Brazilthis is Marcio Borghi Ribeiro, 42, known as ‘Senhor das Armas’. , with the support of the São Paulo Civil Police, and even had the support of a drone equipped with a night vision camera.
According to the police force, the suspect, Ribeiro, may also be involved in home and bank robberies. The accused would also have participated in the attempt to rescue an inmate from the penitentiary system.

During the action, the civil police officers also complied with judicial search and seizure orders issued by the Criminal Court of the District of Piraquara, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba.
At one of the addresses, the police located a motorcycle that was the proceeds of crime, which led to the arrest of a family member of the individual for the crime of receiving it.
Investigation
Investigations began in November 2025when PCPR seized around 30 kilos of explosives in Piraquarain the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, which would be used in other actions.
At the time, it was discovered that criminal groups were in the region to collect materials to be used in new actions. In addition to the explosives, the Civil Police seized two rifles and other weapons in this operation.
