To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 2 tortillas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green cucumber
  • chives
  • sun
  • pepper

Additionally:

Peel the onion, cut it into cubes and fry it in a pan in heated olive oil.

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut the vegetable into cubes and add it to the onion. Fry the ingredients until soft.

Wash the tomatoes and cucumber and cut them into cubes. Rinse the chives and chop them finely.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix until you obtain a uniform egg mass.

Pour the egg mixture into the fried onion and peppers. Fry the scrambled eggs and stir until they set. Finally, add diced tomato and cucumber. Sprinkle the scrambled eggs with chives.

Fry the first tortilla in a separate pan. When it browns slightly, turn it over to the other side. Place half of the scrambled eggs on one half of the pancake and cover it with the other half of the pancake. Heat everything up briefly. Place the warm scrambled eggs in tortillas on a plate. Repeat the same process with the second tortilla.
