Vegetable broth hydrates and provides electrolytes, and eggs are a source of complete protein, which supports the body’s regeneration. Garlic and white onion contain sulfur compounds antibacterial effectwhich is why they have been used to treat infections for generations. Ginger root warms and helps relieve nausea, and turmeric is famous for anti-inflammatory properties. The addition of pepper enhances its effect. Chives or parsley provide vitamin C and make the soup fresh. Together they create a simple, home-cooked meal that will get back on its feet quickly.

Ingredients:

  • liter of vegetable broth,
  • two eggs, size L,
  • two large cloves of garlic,
  • two medium white onions,
  • small ginger root,
  • a spoon of oil,
  • spices: salt, pepper and a teaspoon of turmeric,
  • optional: chives or parsley.

How to do it:

1. Take a taller pot and pour the oil into it. Chop the onions and fry in the prepared dish. Chop the garlic cloves and ginger into small cubes and add them to the pot. Fry over low heat for a few minutes.

2. After this time, add the turmeric and season with pepper and a pinch of salt. Pour the broth over everything. While the soup is cooking, break the eggs into a separate bowl, season them with some pepper and beat them with a whisk.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the warm soup and cook for another few minutes. Serve the dish immediately after preparation. You can sprinkle the portion with chopped chives or parsley – then the soup will be even healthier.
