Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of dried marigold petals,
- approx. 250 ml of boiling water.
Preparation method:
Pour boiling water over dried marigold petals.
Cover the cup for about 10 minutes.
Strain.
How to drink dried marigold infusion? You will achieve the best results by drinking it every morning, and then also during the day, about 30 minutes before a meal. However, do not exceed three times a day.
Can you also use dried marigold in the kitchen? Of course – it will be useful not only for preparing an aromatic infusion. The intensely orange petals not only give dishes a slightly spicy taste, but also an interesting look. Without a doubt, it can be an intriguing decoration.
