Firearm shots fired from a vehicle left three people injured in the early hours of Wednesday. on Rua do Benformoso, in Lisbon. The information was provided by and confirmed to SIC Notícias by a PSP source.
The incident occurred at 00:40 on Rua do Benformoso, in the heart of the capital.
Os Injured are three men aged between 29 and 43. One of them suffered chest injuries and was transported in critical condition to the Hospital de São José, where he underwent an emergency “surgical intervention”..
The three, reveals the same source, “were hit by gunshots, which would have been fired from inside a motor vehicle whose license plate is unknown at the moment”.
The other two victims have “foot and head injuries” and were taken to the same hospital, but are not at risk of death.
The PSP, which took charge of the incident and communicated it to the Public Ministry and the Judiciary Police, managed to “recovered and seized a firearm near the scene of the incident and several casings”.
Due to this incident, the PSP reinforced policing in that area of the city.
